Terms of Sale

1. Products & pricing

Prices are shown in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or itemised. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Software is licensed, not sold; a hub's lifetime/term licence is node-locked to a single hub.

2. Orders & payment

A contract forms when we confirm your order by email. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

3. Delivery

We ship to the address you provide; carriage is quoted at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. Estimated timescales are not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & returns

Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — see our Returns & Refunds policy (including how activating a digital licence affects that right) and the model cancellation form.

5. Warranty & faults

Goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Report faults to us and we will repair, replace or refund as required by law.

6. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid. Hedgerow Labs is grow-room automation; you remain responsible for supervising crop-critical equipment.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
