14-day right to cancel
As a consumer you may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Contact us to start a return — any clear statement is fine, or use the model cancellation form.
Refunds
We refund the price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return). Return postage for a change of mind is your responsibility; for faulty or misdescribed goods we cover it.
Condition
Returned goods should be in re-saleable condition. We may reduce a refund to reflect handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.
Software licences (digital)
A hub's software licence is a physical-goods bundle component. When you activate a licence to your Hub-ID in your account, you are asked to expressly consent to the licence code being issued immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel the digital licence element once it is issued. Your right to return the physical hardware under the 14-day rule is unaffected. If you return the hardware after activating, the licence element is non-refundable. [CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL.]
Faulty goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply and are not affected by this policy.
